Tiffany Myles, a beloved mother and passionate hairstylist who touched countless lives through her artistry and warm spirit, passed away after a courageous battle with cancer. Her gentle hands and creative vision helped clients not just look their best, but feel their best. Throughout her years-long fight with cancer, Tiffany showed remarkable strength and grace, never letting her illness dim her bright smile or dampen her love for her craft. She continued styling hair as long as she could, finding joy in helping others feel beautiful even during her own difficult journey. As a mother, Tiffany's love knew no bounds. She approached parenthood with the same dedication and artistry she brought to her profession, weaving beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. Her creative spirit and nurturing nature made her not just a mother to her own children, but a maternal figure to many in her community. Those who sat in her styling chair knew they were in the presence of someone special - a woman who could transform not just hair, but spirits. Her salon was more than a place of business; it was a haven where stories were shared, friendships were formed, and everyone was family. Even in her final days, Tiffany's courage never wavered. She faced each challenge with determination and grace, leaving an indelible mark on all who knew her. Her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched, the beauty she created, and the love she shared so generously. Big Challenges & Perseverance Dear Friends, We're excited to share some important updates about our ongoing facility improvements. Our top priority is ensuring you have the resources you need to provide exceptional service to your clients. Hot Water System Upgrade We're installing a new 50-gallon backup hot water heater with a recirculation pump system. This significant upgrade will: Deliver hot water faster to all suites Maintain consistent water pressure throughout the building Provide reliable backup capacity during peak usage Reduce water waste while waiting for hot water The recirculation pump is specifically designed to eliminate those frustrating wait times for hot water to reach your suite. This means you'll have instant access to hot water when you need it, allowing for more efficient scheduling and improved client experience. Flooring Update To properly complete the hot water system installation and ensure everything is working perfectly, we've adjusted our timeline for the planned flooring updates. The flooring project will now begin in [month, two months from now]. This slight adjustment allows us to focus on getting the water system exactly right - which we know is crucial for your daily operations. Thank you for your continued partnership. New Year, New Floors: Exciting Updates at Mimosa Salon Suites Happy New Year to our wonderful Mimosa family! We're starting 2025 with some exciting news that will make our space even more beautiful and functional for both our suite owners and clients. Mark your calendars: This April, we're giving our floors a complete makeover. After years of faithful service (and countless services), our current flooring has earned its retirement. We're investing in flooring in the hallways that will not only look great but also provide better wear and tear for those many thousands of clients coming to the suites every year! The installation is planned to roll out in phases to minimize disruption to your business. We're working with our people to ensure the smoothest possible transition, with most work scheduled during off-peak hours. We'll share the detailed schedule and specific arrangements in our February newsletter. This flooring upgrade is just one of the improvements we have planned for 2025. With cooler temperatures and exciting events just around the corner, we musn't forget to take time on September eleventh and remember those who lost their lives as well as those who lost their loved ones on the tragedy of 9/11/2001. Every day is a great day to be apart of the United States of America, but especially on 9/11 it's important we remember our gratitude for first responders and the bravery it took to face that national tragedy. On a lighter note, we hope everyone had a wonderful and relaxing Labor Day weekend. Don't forget that here at Mimosa we encourage an open line of communication.
